- You can return your order within 15 days of delivery. Please note that returning your order is at your own cost and the order’s shipping charge cannot be refunded, unless the garment is faulty.
- Let us know about your return via e-mail at email@example.com or give us a call at (+30) 2130258896 during store's operation hours.
- Fill out your return note with your order number and make sure that it is placed in your parcel. If no note was included at your initial parcel please contact us, so we will arrange this for you.
- Items must be returned with receipt, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. For international returns please mark clearly “No commercial value” as description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier.

NOTE: On some cases, such as special sales or clearance offers, we cannot issue refunds. Make sure you are aware of your order’s condition (there will be a relevant note on each such garment’s description page or on special categories created) and don’t hesitate to ask us about anything relevant to these garments, before you proceed to your order.
What Options We Offer
- Repair and Return: if an item is faulty – and there is the possibility – we can repair it for free and return it to you.
- Issue Store Credit: a personal discount code will be issued for you. You can use that code on your next purchase from our e-shop and the amount will be automatically deducted from your purchase. You can also use that code for in store purchases.
- Exchange With Another Item: you can replace your item with something else available in our e-shop or store. If you have already picked up one let us know through e-mail or phone, so that we will reserve it for you.
- Full Amount Refund: we will refund you the whole amount you ‘ve spent on your buy, excluding shipping costs. Please let us know your bank account and IBAN no, as well as which bank you cooperate with, to fulfil this. The amount will be refunded in approximately 7 days - if you chose Cash On Delivery for your payment this might take longer due to the procedure.
