All domestic orders are shipped with FIS courier within 1-2 working days – except national holiday, Christmas & Easter periods or unexpected circumstances that might occur.
All international orders are shipped with DHL within 1-2 working days – except national holiday, Christmas & Easter periods or unexpected circumstances that might occur.
Express deliveries are shipped with DHL within a day of order placement.
Please note that in case you are in a remoted area the shipping costs and dates will be calculated after you place your order and one of our staff will contact you for further arrangements - if needed.
If you choose local pickup for your order, please make sure you have completed your payment online. In case you choose to pay at the store, please keep in mind that you have 2 hours to collect your item, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled by our system.
- You can return your order within 15 days of delivery. Please note that returning your order is at your own cost and the order’s shipping charge cannot be refunded, unless the garment is faulty.
- Let us know about your return via e-mail at email@example.com or give us a call at (+30) 2130258896.
- Fill out your return note with your order number and make sure that it is placed in your parcel. If you did not receive a return form, let us know.
- Items must be returned with receipt, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
- Please email the tracking number on your label to firstname.lastname@example.org
We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. For international returns please mark clearly “No commercial value” as description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier.

On some cases, such as special sale or clearance offers, we cannot issue refunds. Make sure you are aware of your order’s condition and don’t hesitate to ask us about anything relevant to these garments, before you proceed to your order.
What Options We Offer
- Repair and Return: if an item is faulty – and there is the possibility – we can repair it for free and return it to you.
- Issue Store Credit: a personal discount code will be issued for you. You can use that code on your next purchase from our e-shop and the amount will be automatically deducted from your purchase. You can also use that code for in store purchases.
- Exchange With Another Item: you can replace your item with something else available in our e-shop or store. If you have already picked up one let us know through e-mail or phone, so that we will reserve it for you.
Full Amount Refund: we will refund you the whole amount you have spent on your item(s). In case you chose to pay with COD please let us know your bank account and IBAN no, as well as which bank you cooperate with, to fulfil this. Otherwise the money will be returned to you same way you paid when placing your order.
The amount will be refunded in approximately 7 working days - orders paid with Cash On Delivery might take longer due to the procedures of the COD.
